Why this table works
This is the “everyday tidy” coffee table: a clean top surface, plus a full lower shelf for the bits you want close but not on show — books, remotes, trays, blankets. The tapered legs pull the footprint out to the edges so it feels stable and architectural without looking heavy.

Wood, finish & natural character
Every coffee table is unique — knots and grain patterns vary naturally. Solid wood can show small cracks, splits, waves, subtle gaps or ridges between boards, and it can move seasonally.
I only use sustainable wood from positively regenerating forests — for every tree felled, two are planted.
