Payments
I take payment securely through the website. For made-to-order furniture, payment is taken in full upfront — once payment is received, I confirm your details and begin the build.
Standard (Shop) Orders
All pricing is shown on each product page. Choose your size and options, then checkout as normal.

If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact me before ordering.
Once your order is confirmed I will provide bank details for payment. Production begins once the transfer has been received.
Bank transfer is often preferred for larger orders or bespoke furniture.
Bespoke Orders (Quotes)
For bespoke pieces, I’ll confirm the design, final dimensions, finish and lead time in a quote first. Once you’re happy, payment is still made in full upfront through the website before I start building.

Billing Address
Please ensure your payment details match your billing address. I only accept payments from UK cards with a UK billing address.
