Returns & Cancellations
Clear, fair returns for handmade furniture. Cancel before delivery or request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
I want you to feel confident ordering from Artemis London. If something isn’t right, there is a clear and fair process.
Cancelling before delivery
You can cancel your order at any time before delivery with no charge. Simply contact me in writing and the order will be cancelled.
Returns after delivery
If you have received your furniture and decide you no longer wish to keep it, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery.
To request a return, email with your order number and reason for return.
Returned items must be unused and in the same condition they were delivered in.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Bespoke & custom furniture
Furniture built to your exact specifications (bespoke or customised designs) is treated differently because it is made specifically for you and cannot usually be resold.
If work has not yet started, the order can be cancelled for a full refund.
If work has already begun, refunds may be partial depending on the stage of the build and materials already used.
If something is wrong
If your furniture arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me as soon as possible so the issue can be resolved quickly — whether that means a repair, replacement or refund.
